AFEPASA participates in the European Union’s TIC Cámara Programme

The TIC Cámaras Programme aims to support the digital transformation of SMEs by helping them integrate key competitive digital tools into their strategies and maximise the opportunities offered by digitalisation to boost their business activities.

In this context, over the past few years AFEPASA has been undergoing a digital transformation process that has helped, for example, to improve product traceability, from the arrival of raw materials through their transformation into finished products, as well as their location, batches, etc. Internal processes have also been improved through the implementation of new digital tools.

AFEPASA has benefited from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them. Thanks to this support, the company has been able to develop a Business Analytics programme, implementing a tool that enables the creation and management of customised, visual and interactive dashboards connected to different sources of company information. Its purpose is to collect and analyse business data in order to optimise strategic decision-making and improve the company’s performance. This initiative was carried out in 2022 with the support of the TIC Cámaras Programme of the Tarragona Chamber of Commerce. A way of building Europe.
