The 2017 Environmental Statement has been published
AFEPASA renews its EMAS certification with the publication of the Environmental Statement.
AFEPASA, following the path of the organisation to which it belongs, has embraced a commitment to continuous improvement in the working environment of Constantí and in its environmental management.
The implementation and subsequent verification of our environmental management system, in accordance with the EMAS Regulation, is important because of its benefits for the overall management of our company, but it also represents an improvement in our environmental performance. At the same time, we wanted to extend our environmental commitment to society to our contractors and suppliers, and even to our customers and other stakeholders, making them aware of our commitment to the environment through talks or by requiring them to hold ISO 14001 environmental certification, with the conviction that a global effort will contribute to improving the quality of our surroundings.
The Environmental Statement we are now presenting reflects the effort and commitment made by our organisation since we assumed our responsibility towards the environment. The purpose of this Statement is to inform everyone who may be interested about the evolution of our environmental performance over the years and the results achieved in minimising our environmental impact.
